About the role
Morgan Stanley’s Corporate Services division supports workplace operations, including global real estate construction projects. The Vice President will lead project controls, cost planning, reporting, governance and talent development for the global capital project portfolio.
What you'll do
- Coordinate the annual global capital plan and periodic updates
- Verify cost estimates, reports, change orders and project controls deliverables
- Evaluate project costs against approved budgets and identify potential gaps
- Set standardized project controls practices, templates and quality assurance processes
- Prepare financial forecasts and project reports for senior management
- Develop and coach the reporting team and manage succession planning
