About the role
The technology team delivers internal and customised products, coordinating content, design and engineering work. The Project Manager will plan delivery, track commitments and risks, report status, coordinate releases and handle delivery escalations.
What you'll do
- Maintain delivery plans across product workstreams
- Sequence hand-offs and coordinate release calendars
- Publish weekly delivery reports and maintain RAID logs
- Track sprint status, estimates and delivery metrics
- Triage escalations and close the loop with teams
- Run onboarding and track adoption of new platform features
