About the role
KNOLSKAPE builds learning products that use generative AI to create simulations, roleplays, assessments and coaching experiences. This engineer will develop production AI agents, LLM-backed services, retrieval systems and quality evaluations.
What you'll do
- Build agentic workflows for learning simulations, assessments and coaching
- Develop TypeScript services and APIs for LLM-backed features
- Orchestrate agents with planning, tool use and structured outputs
- Build evaluations and feedback loops for generation quality
- Improve prompts and agents while monitoring reliability, latency and cost
