About the role
Quanticate is a data-focused contract research organization supporting clinical trials for pharmaceutical companies and biotechs. The Quality Assurance Manager will maintain quality systems, lead audits and inspection support, and guide staff on quality and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System
- Plan, conduct, and report internal, vendor, customer, and GPvP audits
- Support regulatory inspections and accreditation audits
- Oversee SOP reviews, updates, and maintenance
- Manage the CAPA system and lead quality improvement initiatives
- Coach Quality Assurance team members
