About the role
Egis provides architecture, engineering, consulting, construction, operations and mobility services for infrastructure and buildings. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will prepare cost plans, estimates, bills of quantities and tender support for GCC building and infrastructure projects.
What you'll do
- Review design drawings, specifications and scope documents
- Perform quantity take-offs across design stages
- Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates
- Support tender submissions, cost schedules and rate build-ups
- Research UAE material, labour and subcontractor rates
- Assess commercial risks and support bid reviews
