About the role

NXP Semiconductors develops wireless connectivity technologies, including UWB and narrowband modem systems. This engineer will develop and validate embedded firmware for modem, ranging, and radar subsystems.

What you'll do

Design and maintain firmware for UWB and narrowband modem, ranging, and radar systems
Develop HAL, drivers, middleware, and system software for modem and RF control
Integrate and validate baseband, DSP, and RF components on silicon, FPGA, and simulation platforms
Troubleshoot system-level issues across software, DSP, and modem domains
Collaborate with architecture, algorithm, DSP, RF, and validation teams
