Railway Operations Engineer

Egis provides engineering, consulting and mobility services for infrastructure and railway projects. This engineer will simulate rail operations, develop timetables and assess network performance for passenger and freight services.

• Simulate train movements, capacity and performance using RailSys and OpenTrack
• Develop and optimize passenger and freight timetables
• Assess infrastructure capacity and identify network bottlenecks
• Analyze traction power and gradient impacts on freight operations
• Prepare simulation-based recommendations and detailed reports
