About the role
MongoDB provides a globally distributed data platform for organizations building and running applications. The analyst will manage regional real estate transactions, portfolio data, planning, and reporting across India and Asia Pacific.
What you'll do
- Execute regional flex real estate plans against portfolio metrics
- Support global flex office transactions and portfolio analysis
- Coordinate transaction and project delivery with internal teams and external providers
- Maintain regional portfolio data and identify cost and space efficiencies
- Prepare business cases and transaction documents
- Apply AI tools and automation to portfolio reporting and analysis
