About the role
State Street Markets provides research, trading, securities lending and portfolio strategies for institutional asset managers. The Assistant Vice President will oversee regulatory reporting deliverables, controls, team management and process improvements across jurisdictions.
What you'll do
- Monitor team deliverables across regulatory reporting jurisdictions
- Review reporting processes, exceptions and checker activities
- Maintain procedures, checklists, controls, error logs and performance indicators
- Mentor team members and manage reporting coverage and backups
- Improve operating models and mitigate process control gaps
- Coordinate with operations, technology, product and change management teams
