About the role
Karya provides AI-enabled earning and learning opportunities to underserved communities while delivering data to clients. The intern will apply social science research to evaluate language technologies and their effects on communities in India.
What you'll do
- Apply social science methods to evaluate AI and language technologies
- Contribute to AI evaluation and testing methodologies
- Investigate technology impacts in rural and low-resource communities
- Work with the Evaluations team on AI systems and evaluation pipelines
