About the role
Karya works across product, operations, and organizational initiatives. This analyst will use data and research to structure problems, inform decisions, and help execute cross-functional improvements.
What you'll do
- Analyze operational and product data to identify trends and bottlenecks
- Research initiatives and model scenarios to support decisions
- Define measurement sources and track product and business KPIs
- Build dashboards, reports, trackers, and decision-support tools
- Turn ambiguous questions into structured analyses and recommendations
- Contribute to cross-functional projects from problem definition through execution
