About the role
Karya runs a digital work platform that creates earning opportunities while supporting language data and AI evaluation. You will build analytics systems and measurement practices that inform research, operations and organisational decisions.
What you'll do
- Define analytics priorities and measurement indicators with Research and Impact leadership
- Build automated monitoring pipelines and reusable data models
- Translate research questions into SQL logic and measurable indicators
- Collaborate with Technology on data schemas and quality
- Partner with Operations and Research teams to communicate insights
- Mentor analysts and establish SQL and quality standards
