About the role
Avathon provides an industrial AI autonomy platform that connects operational data and supports predictive intelligence across heavy industries. You will administer Salesforce and the sales technology stack, support users, and improve sales and marketing operations processes and analytics.
What you'll do
- Manage Salesforce users, roles, permissions, and system maintenance
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, automation, reports, and dashboards
- Maintain data quality, imports, exports, and governance practices
- Train and support Sales and Marketing users across technology systems
- Optimize the sales technology stack and its integrations
- Define and improve lead, pipeline, and database management processes
