About the role
Avathon provides an industrial AI platform that supports autonomous operations across industries, including transportation and logistics. This scientist will develop, deploy, and guide optimization and machine learning solutions for routing, scheduling, forecasting, and fleet operations.
What you'll do
- Design models for fleet optimization, routing, scheduling, and demand forecasting
- Apply reinforcement learning and optimization methods to logistics problems
- Build production-ready AI models and monitor their performance
- Create feature pipelines and data validation frameworks
- Lead AI initiatives and mentor junior scientists
