About the role
o9 provides AI-powered enterprise planning software that helps companies improve decision-making and supply chain operations. This analyst will manage sales processes and systems, improve Salesforce data and reporting, and automate workflows for the Sales organization.
What you'll do
- Improve end-to-end sales processes, including pipeline management and forecasting
- Maintain Salesforce data quality, configurations, reports, and dashboards
- Manage Salesforce enhancement projects from requirements through adoption
- Analyze sales pipeline and opportunity data and recommend improvements
- Optimize sales technology tools and automate operational workflows
- Develop sales operations documentation, governance frameworks, and playbooks
