What you'll do
- Lead and develop the DevOps team
- Manage platform deployments, upgrades, migrations, and support
- Plan infrastructure provisioning, capacity, and environment lifecycles
- Improve deployment automation, platform reliability, and performance
- Lead security remediation, platform hardening, patching, and disaster recovery
- Resolve critical infrastructure issues and support on-call operations
