About the role
o9 provides an AI-powered enterprise planning platform used by global businesses to improve supply chain and operational decisions. The Solution Architect leads customer implementations, translating retail planning needs into configured solutions and delivering them through launch and training.
What you'll do
- Lead customer implementation projects from design through delivery
- Run workshops to understand and document customer requirements
- Map business requirements into a phased solution blueprint
- Configure solutions and monitor performance with delivery teams
- Coordinate issue analysis, defect tracking, and resolution
- Deliver training to super users and end users
