About the role
PwC India provides client services across advisory, assurance, tax and business services. This consultant will configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, translate client requirements and support implementation, testing and adoption.
What you'll do
- Translate Revenue Cloud business requirements into solution designs
- Configure Salesforce applications, workflows and platform features
- Document functional requirements, process flows and user stories
- Support integrations, data mapping, testing and release activities
- Troubleshoot application issues and track defects to resolution
- Guide junior team members and monitor workstream progress
