About the role
Valtech delivers digital experience and CRM solutions for global brands, including a luxury retailer’s Salesforce CRM Factory. You will lead Salesforce architecture and delivery, guide developers, and oversee code quality, platform operations, and technical standards.
What you'll do
- Define Salesforce architecture strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps
- Guide Apex and Lightning Web Components development and testing
- Own code review, CI/CD, and technical debt standards
- Escalate and oversee resolution of high-severity production incidents
- Mentor developers and Tech Leads across the squad
- Lead Agile ceremonies, planning, and technical delivery
