About the role
PwC India provides consulting and technology services to clients across industries. This manager will lead SAP Sales and Distribution support and implementation work, manage teams and project delivery, and improve clients’ order-to-cash processes.
What you'll do
- Configure SAP SD order management, pricing, delivery, shipment, and billing
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and lead delivery from blueprint to go-live
- Lead managed services teams and report on incidents, changes, and service requests
- Review deliverables, resolve issues, and guide consultants and client stakeholders
- Manage project plans, timelines, SLAs, and client deliverables
