About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies provides engineering, IT and business solutions for Bosch and external customers. You will support and maintain SAP MDM and MDG applications, resolve tickets, and troubleshoot master data workflows and integrations.

What you'll do

Handle incidents, problems and service requests for SAP MDM and MDG
Troubleshoot and resolve failed, stuck and locked change requests
Configure change request types, steps and workflow routing
Analyze replication logs and resolve DRF, IDoc and web service failures
Maintain SAP MDG integration mappings with downstream systems
Debug Web Dynpro components and FPM configurations to resolve application errors
