• Measure engineering workflows and identify productivity bottlenecks
• Build production AI agents, automation, and engineering platform capabilities
• Integrate agents with code, CI, observability, and ticketing systems
• Redesign review, testing, deployment, and incident workflows for AI assistance
• Establish quality, security, privacy, and approval guardrails
• Measure outcomes and drive adoption across engineering teams
