Security Analyst III

Deepwatch provides managed security services and a cloud-based platform for detecting and responding to cyber threats. This analyst investigates escalated alerts, hunts threats, and supports customers and fellow analysts during US business hours.

• Triage escalated alerts across security technologies and operating systems
• Investigate suspicious events using SIEM and SOAR technologies
• Conduct incident response and threat hunting investigations
• Identify gaps in customer telemetry and security configurations
• Train analysts and improve investigation procedures
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers and leadership
