About the role
HackerRank provides skills-based hiring and upskilling products for companies building engineering teams. This role will run AI data pipelines, coordinate vendors and engineering teams, and automate data creation and quality workflows.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end AI feature data pipeline across products
- Design and deploy agentic workflows for vendor briefing and annotation verification
- Translate model evaluation signals into targeted data creation cycles
- Partner with engineering and product teams to address model data needs
- Maintain documentation for data batches, annotation guidelines and vendor procedures
