About the role
AVEVA provides industrial software that helps enterprises use operational data to improve engineering, operations and sustainability. This consultant will troubleshoot product and customer application issues, deliver fixes, and support industrial software implementations.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot product, custom application and integration issues
- Replicate customer issues and provide workarounds or fixes
- Track cases and meet service-level resolution timeframes
- Create technical documentation of activities and findings
- Deliver onsite services and present at customer events
