Senior Associate, Financial Reporting

Headout is a travel marketplace offering tours, museums, live events and other real-life experiences. This role manages financial reporting and accounting for its B2B distribution business, including close, billing, reconciliations and collections.

• Own month-end and year-end close, including accruals and closing entries
• Record bank transactions and investigate unidentified receipts
• Reconcile bank and intercompany balances and resolve variances
• Invoice distribution partners and manage prepaid wallet balances
• Track receivables and coordinate partner collections
• Support statutory, tax and internal audits
