About the role

What you'll do
- Analyze recorded speech and call data for trends and anomalies
- Tune models for keywords, sentiment, emotion, and topics
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings
- Monitor conversations for regulatory and policy compliance
- Monitor platform health and resolve system issues
- Integrate analytics insights into customer experience and operational processes
