About the role
Bread Financial provides payment, lending and saving products to consumers and partner brands. The Senior Manager will lead cybersecurity professionals and drive security operations, strategy, and IAM initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals
- Develop and manage the cybersecurity team's digital strategy
- Partner with internal teams to ensure system changes meet security standards
- Lead strategic digital security projects and improve security operations
- Maintain team processes, run books, architecture, and technical requirements
