About the role
Bread Financial provides payment, lending, and savings products to consumers and brand partners. This analyst monitors IT systems, investigates incidents, coordinates response and escalations, and supports change activities.
What you'll do
- Identify and prioritize IT incidents and assess their impact
- Monitor alerts and conduct initial incident investigations
- Follow runbooks and incident management procedures
- Track SLA adherence and support incident communications
- Document actions and contribute to runbooks and process improvements
- Monitor change execution, validate availability, and escalate issues
