Senior Associate - Strategy Consulting – Corporate Deals Technology

PwC India provides advisory services to clients across industries and geographies. You will assess technology in corporate deals and support due diligence, integration, separation planning, and value realization.

• Analyze technology impacts across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs
• Develop post-merger integration and separation planning deliverables
• Evaluate enterprise architectures, technology costs, and transition dependencies
• Interpret transaction inputs to recommend synergies and operating model changes
• Review junior team members’ work and guide deliverable readiness
• Document technology due diligence findings, risks, and key considerations
