About the role
PwC's Deals practice supports clients with technology strategy and execution during mergers, divestitures, carve-outs, and integrations. This consultant will assess technology environments, develop deal workstreams and plans, and support value realization.
What you'll do
- Analyze technology considerations in mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures, and joint ventures
- Develop post-merger integration and value realization workstreams
- Assess enterprise architectures, applications, data dependencies, costs, and risks
- Translate transaction requirements into technology integration and separation plans
- Interpret financial and operational data to shape deal recommendations
- Review junior team members’ work and guide issue resolution
