About the role
AECOM provides infrastructure consulting, design and engineering services for projects across sectors including mining. This engineer will develop and coordinate civil designs for roads, earthworks, pavements and drainage on mining and industrial sites.
What you'll do
- Develop haul road, access road and site infrastructure designs
- Prepare geometric designs, grading plans and earthworks assessments
- Design heavy-duty pavements based on loading and ground conditions
- Develop stormwater, drainage and surface water management systems
- Prepare calculations, models, drawings, reports and specifications
- Coordinate civil interfaces and participate in design reviews
