About the role
AECOM provides consulting, design, engineering and project services for infrastructure clients. The Senior Bid Manager leads complex bid delivery and supports pursuit strategies and the development of the India-based Work Winning team.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex bids
- Develop bid programmes, delivery plans and review schedules
- Coordinate multidisciplinary contributors throughout the bid lifecycle
- Manage bid content, reviews, approvals and final submissions
- Support pursuit planning, win themes and client-focused messaging
- Coach and mentor bid team members
