About the role
AECOM provides infrastructure consulting and project services across sectors including water, energy, transportation and buildings. The Billing Specialist manages billing transactions, reviews invoices and supports accurate, timely client invoicing.
What you'll do
- Create invoices and process credit note cancellations
- Distribute invoices to clients through email, mail and portals
- Manage complex billing transactions and review invoice quality
- Investigate billing issues and recommend resolutions
- Maintain process procedures and support transitions and training
- Support audits, reporting and process improvement initiatives
