About the role
AECOM provides infrastructure consulting, design, engineering, and project management services for public- and private-sector clients. The lead will manage PM and DM teams, oversee project delivery and governance, and drive client engagement and regional business growth.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage project managers and design managers
- Drive utilization, quality, commercial performance, and operational efficiency
- Oversee resource planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning
- Guide project management methodologies, controls, and delivery standards
- Act as Project Director on major or complex projects
- Lead major bids and proposals and develop client relationships
