About the role
ICON conducts clinical research to help bring new medicines and treatments to patients. The Senior Clinical Research Associate monitors trial sites, supports trial execution, and guides site staff and other CRAs.
What you'll do
- Monitor trial sites for protocol, regulatory, and GCP compliance
- Conduct site visits and resolve trial execution issues
- Coordinate accurate and timely data collection and reporting
- Train and guide site staff and other CRAs
- Maintain effective working relationships with site personnel
