Senior Data Scientist – GenAI

Netsmart develops solutions that support healthcare clients and the people they serve. You will build and deploy machine learning and generative AI models using healthcare data to support clinical and operational outcomes.

• Develop machine learning, NLP, and generative AI models and data pipelines
• Analyze healthcare datasets, including electronic health records and claims
• Build models for risk stratification, clinical support, and patient outcomes
• Create automated pipelines for real-time analytics and reporting
• Deploy models in cloud environments and create stakeholder visualizations
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams
