About the role
Netsmart develops large-scale software systems. The Engineering Manager will lead software engineers and oversee the design, delivery, reliability, and operation of scalable applications.
What you'll do
- Lead and coach software engineers
- Oversee design and delivery of applications using .NET, Angular, and MySQL
- Manage engineering goals, workloads, budgets, and resource allocation
- Drive project execution, roadmap planning, and cross-functional alignment
- Improve system scalability, reliability, and operational performance
- Participate in a rotational on-call schedule
