Software Architect - .NET full-stack

• Analyze systems and recommend architectural improvements
• Create current-state and future-state architecture artifacts
• Design and implement microservices using .NET and related technologies
• Optimize deployment strategies, system capacity, and performance
• Partner with DevOps teams on CI/CD and incident workflows
• Coach technical associates and review code
