About the role
Netsmart provides a cloud-hosted healthcare SaaS platform. This engineer will evolve its data layer through SQL Server development, performance tuning, reporting pipelines, and database deployments.
What you'll do
- Design and optimize SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers
- Own database schemas, migrations, and deployments for a multi-tenant application
- Build and maintain T-SQL reporting warehouses and scheduled jobs
- Tune queries, indexes, statistics, and concurrency performance
- Support integration data flows with staging, validation, and reconciliation
- Implement audit trails, row-level security, and healthcare data controls
