About the role
Gracenote provides audience and content insights that help clients make decisions across the media industry. This leader will set global quality and operational strategies, improve processes, manage risks, and lead cross-functional teams and transformation initiatives.
What you'll do
- Define and execute global operational excellence and quality strategy
- Establish governance, performance metrics, risk management, and QA frameworks
- Own quality systems, audits, monitoring, and process improvement
- Lead incident reviews, root-cause analysis, and corrective action tracking
- Build executive dashboards for quality, SLA compliance, and remediation
- Drive automation and transformation initiatives with Product and Engineering
