About the role
AECOM delivers infrastructure engineering and advisory services across water, environment, energy, transportation and buildings. This engineer will design drainage systems, assess flood risk, coordinate project delivery and review technical work.
What you'll do
- Design hydraulic and hydrological drainage systems for infrastructure projects
- Calculate gully spacing and design SuDS, attenuation basins and flow controls
- Design pumping stations and road or bridge crossing structures
- Perform clash analysis and support asset relocation and connection drawings
- Lead project work, coordinate with lead offices and mentor junior designers
- Review designs and ensure quality checks
