Senior Engineer – Operational Excellence

Aliaxis manufactures pipes and operates a Pipe Manufacturing Division focused on operational excellence. This engineer will improve manufacturing productivity, processes, quality, and cost through industrial engineering and Lean methods.

• Conduct time and method studies to establish standard times and work cycles
• Balance production lines and optimize labor, process flow, and machine loading
• Implement Lean improvements, including 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and value stream mapping
• Analyze OEE, downtime, and production losses and create action plans
• Build dashboards and analyze production, yield, energy, and scrap data
• Run process trials and support FMEA, CAPA, validation, and SOP creation
