About the role
Aliaxis provides products for building and infrastructure applications. The GTM Applications Manager will oversee CRM, loyalty and distributor systems, integrations, vendors and related improvement projects.
What you'll do
- Own the lifecycle and roadmap of CRM, loyalty and DMS applications
- Improve application availability, performance, security and adoption
- Translate business needs into technology solutions and lead requirements workshops
- Manage application implementation, upgrades, vendors and project delivery
- Oversee data governance, integrations, reporting and business analytics
