About the role
Aliaxis manages enterprise business operations involving order fulfillment, stock availability and customer service. This role coordinates regional supply, logistics and customer issue resolution to maintain product availability and improve fulfillment performance.
What you'll do
- Monitor enterprise order fulfillment for accuracy and timely completion
- Maintain minimum stock levels at regional distribution centers
- Ensure product range availability at regional distribution centers
- Drive on-time, in-full performance and improvement
- Resolve customer complaints and discrepancies
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, planning and manufacturing teams
