About the role
Acceldata provides a SaaS platform for observing enterprise data, pipelines, and infrastructure. The Senior Engineering Manager will lead an engineering team, guide technical direction, and deliver platform features and engineering roadmaps.
What you'll do
- Guide architecture and technical design decisions
- Lead, coach, hire, and develop engineering team members
- Own roadmap execution, project planning, and timely delivery
- Coordinate engineering priorities with product and cross-functional teams
- Improve CI/CD, testing, observability, and release management
- Manage incident response and conduct postmortems
