About the role
PhonePe builds digital payments, distribution and financial services platforms, including lending services. This person will coordinate lending operations, resolve customer and merchant issues, monitor funnel performance, and manage business reporting.
What you'll do
- Coordinate customer and merchant loan onboarding and management processes
- Resolve escalations with customer support, sales, collections and lending partners
- Support sales teams with onboarding queries and bottlenecks
- Monitor lending funnel performance and execute improvements
- Prepare business and ad hoc reports
