About the role
Bazaarvoice provides technology and networks that help brands and retailers connect with consumers and use user-generated content and feedback. You will configure, support, and improve Workday systems, reports, and processes for global HR teams.
What you'll do
- Configure and test Workday enhancements across functional modules
- Provide end-user support and maintain system procedures and documentation
- Participate in business process audits and security reviews
- Test and adopt functionality from Workday releases
- Research system issues and recommend improvements with the team
- Build and maintain complex reports, calculated fields, and dashboards
