Senior Lead - Observability – Dynatrace

Northern Trust provides wealth management, asset servicing, asset management and banking services. You will engineer and improve enterprise monitoring across infrastructure, applications, cloud and business services.

• Configure and improve observability platforms including Dynatrace, SCOM and ServiceNow ITOM
• Tune alerts, dashboards and synthetic checks to reduce noise and improve signal quality
• Integrate monitoring events with ServiceNow for enrichment, correlation and incident routing
• Build automation scripts and reusable monitoring solutions
• Onboard applications and services into enterprise monitoring platforms
• Troubleshoot monitoring gaps, integrations, agent issues and alerting defects
