About the role
Kristal.AI operates in fintech, supporting investment products and financial services across multiple business verticals. The Senior Legal Associate will lead transaction documentation, provide legal advice, conduct due diligence and advise on regulatory changes.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, negotiate and finalise investment and commercial agreements
- Develop legal frameworks and documentation for new business verticals and investment products
- Conduct due diligence and drive strategic transactions through closing
- Advise business teams on legal, investment and regulatory matters across jurisdictions
- Track regulatory changes and assess their potential business impact
